Tariffs for both the Hotel and Self Catering apartments are listed below:

Hotel Tariff 2018

Prices are per person per night.
No single supplements on single rooms.
Double rooms for sole occupancy will be charged a £15.00 supplement per night.

All our Hotel bedrooms are now non-smoking.

Please note that there will be no allowance made for meals not taken.

Bar Lunches and Evening Bar Meals available daily.

Child Reductions when sharing a room with two adults.
Children under 2 years: free of charge. 2-15 years (inclusive): £15.00 per night.

Reservations are only guaranteed if confirmed in writing together with a deposit of £30.00 per person. Final balance will be required 1 month prior to arrival date.
Payments can be made by Debit/Credit Card, please note we do not accept American Express, or by Bank Transfer (contact the Hotel for Bank Details).

Any booking made within 28 days to arrival will require full pre-payment at the time of booking.

In the event of cancellation for any reason after the remittance has been sent, i.e. 28 days prior to arrival, the deposit is not refundable, and the balance will only be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let for the full period of your stay.
You are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance to cover the risk of unavoidable cancellation. We will be pleased to provide this facility, if required.

Please note our Apartments have set arrival days of Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday for 7 nights or multiples of 7 nights.

We kindly ask for the sake of our staff, that you leave that apartment and its contents in a clean and tidy condition. Please ensure you keep the apartment ventilated to avoid a build up of condensation, as this can lead to dampness. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the apartment or its contents. Please report any damages or faults as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages. A credit card number is required as a good housekeeping bond and would be used to offset the cost of deep cleaning & any substantial damage found, an invoice would be sent to you detailing any charges that have occurred.

Each apartment has 2 bedrooms and can sleep up to 4/5 people. The 5th being a put-up bed into the larger bedroom or lounge. Kitchenette, lounge diner.
Bath/shower and toilet. Colour television.
Laundry provided.
Tenancy commences at 2.00pm and terminates at 9.30am.

Free Welcome Pack upon arrival

Outdoor Heated Swimming Pool (open May - September).
Extensive secluded gardens. Car Park.
Hotel Lounge Bar offering Bar Meals and Lunches.
